 Cancellation Policy

At Shape Up, we understand that life happens, and sometimes cancellations are unavoidable.  To ensure fairness to both clients and our scheduling process, we have the following cancellation policy:     -24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, you must provide at least 24-hour notice to avoid being charged for the lesson.    -Late Cancellations and No-Shows: Cancellations made with 24 hours of the scheduled session will be non-refundable.   -Excessive Cancellations: If cancellations become frequent or disruptive, Shape Up reserves the right to reevaluate the clients scheduling privileges and determine how to proceed on a case-by-case basis. ​*By Booking a session, you agree to these terms.  We appreciate your understanding!
