Shape Up Softball Academy was created out of a strong passion, a shared vision and a ceaseless commitment to help the softball community improve physically and mentally. Over the years I've had the opportunity to help countless athletes acquire foundational skills, develop new techniques and improve their mental performance. After stepping away from the game, and opening Shape Up Softball Academy in July 2023, I decided to continue my passion in helping the softball community grow their athletic mindset as well. In fact, 90% of our game is mental.
I set out on a journey to earn my Professional Life Coach Certification with a specialty to be a Certified Goal Success Coach.
Through Shape Up Softball Academy athletes, teams, coaches and parents can receive Mental Performance Coaching. Learn self-talk, visualization, confidence, goal setting, how to support your athlete, and much more. Coach Schaper will help to improving mindsets dealing with anxiety and mental fatigue during competition, as well as Coach parents on how to support their athlete as they work through their athletic careers!
