At Shape Up Sports Academy, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may lead to cancellations. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our scheduling process, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to non-refundable charges. Excessive cancellations may lead to a reevaluation of scheduling privileges. By booking a session, you agree to these terms. We appreciate your understanding!
